Festival of Fifteens and North Island Champs

2012 Flying Fifteen National Championships

4, 5 and 6 February 2012, as part of SAIL AUCKLAND, RAYC Notice of Race here

Sail Auckland is an ISAF Grade 1 Olympic Classes Regatta to be held 3-7 February 2012 at the Royal Akarana Yacht Club, Auckland. Competing classes include RS:X, Laser, Laser Radial, Finn, 420, 470, 29er, 49er, Flying Fifteen, F18, Skud 18, Access Liberty, Access 303 & 2.4R. The Venue and shore base SAIL AUCKLAND is ROYAL AKARANA YACHT CLUB.

Entry Fee - $205. 
For your money you will get some great yacht racing to battle it out for National Championship on the Waitemata Harbour, t-shirts and BBQ on both Saturday and Sunday nights. Entries Close 28 January at  www.sailauckland.org.nz. An entry list is available on the Sail Auckland website.
 
Prize Giving Dinner
Will be evening of Monday 6 February. More information to come on time, menu and cost. RSVP will be required for numbers.

Tauranga Trophy - Silver Fleet, pre 3500

Will be held Sunday evening after the BBQ.

50th Anniversary Australian Flying Fifteen Championships

7 to 13 January 2012, South of Perth Yacht Club in Perth, Western Australia
South of Perth Yacht Club Inc is delighted to invite you to attend the 50th Anniversary Australian Championship for the Flying Fifteen class in Australia.  It will be an event to be remembered for all the right reasons.  The Club is one of the largest yacht clubs in Western Australia and proudly boasts amongst its many sailors, the largest fleet of Flying Fifteens at any club in the world.

The Perth F15 fleet is offering free billeted accommodation and trailers or trolleys for boats for Kiwis wanting to take a boat across to compete.
